How to make
Sautée garlic, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, butter, salt and pepper. Combine 1 cup whole grain panko bread crumbs, chopped parsley, and 2 cups parmesan cheese. Add lemon, butter mixture and stir well. Coat 2 lbs dried scallops with mixture and bake at 425 degrees for @15 minutes or until golden browned and crunchy.

2 pounds dried scallops
6 gloves minced garlic
1/2 cup onion
2 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
salt and pepper
1 cup whole grain panko bread crumbs
1/4 tbs chopped parsley
2 cups parmesan cheese.
